Understand struggles
Research and interviewing customers to understand struggles that will feed better overall decisions.
Ideate and Plan
Come up and plan new ideas following a Human centred design approach.
Design and Prototype
From UX to UI and further prototyping to create the desired solution for the problem at hand.
Tools
I am tool agnostic but usually Sketch, Flinto, Marvel, Zeplin, pen and paper make a great toolkit.
Flows
I’ve been practicing and preparing sprints based on GV Sprints and I find them very productive.
